Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
Dear Friends,
This Christmas season, everyone at We Love Kids are delighted to share the wonderful blessings that we have experienced this last year. Much of that was due to all of you, our wonderful donors and prayer partners. We Love Kids has been so greatly aided by your faithful, generous and committed help over the years! In particular this year has seen much help for the Salt and Light Project in Eastern Cambodia (a School in Snoul). Our partners at Asian Hope are very committed to this project, and we hope to purchase land and perhaps start building sometime in 2026. Even more exciting is that three We Love Kids high school graduates have applied and been accepted to the Asian Hope Teacher Training program, beginning in January 2026. They will receive one-two years training and then be able to begin staffing the new Salt-and-Light school when it opens.
Jim, our Executive board member for over 10 years, had these thoughts to share in regard to the last year: “I’m grateful that WLK continues to provide educational pathways in Vietnam and Cambodia for children who would otherwise remain in poverty. With the Snoul school project and its partnership with Asian Hope, education in Snoul will be established in perpetuity. This is exciting!”
Sarah notes: “The heart of We Love Kids is really about children getting the opportunity to learn both academically and spiritually. I see this year’s greatest successes in our children being able to graduate from high school. Along with that, much of the money raised for the Salt and Light project goes to a self-sustaining project. But most exciting of all is that many children in the area are accepting Christ and being baptized.”

We are also so thankful that several of our We Love Kids high school graduates will begin training at Asian Hope Training Center to become part of the faculty for the Salt and Light School. Navy, above, and two other students who graduated recently will join him. We are delighted that these three successful local graduates will become part of the school. The training takes about a year.
