Dear Friends,
The few Stieng believers in Chon Khle Lro village built this clapboard building with a dirt floor. As believers were added it became difficult to meet, especially during the rainy season- sometimes the water turned to mud! Our wonderful partners at the Vietnamese Evangelical Association in San Diego came to the rescue! They supplied the materials and our church planters helped do a renovation, including a cement floor.
Now that this wonderful little church is built, every Sunday evening over 30 adults and children meet to worship Jesus together!
Mr. Khat is the church planter for the cell church above in Chon Khle Lro village, but goes to lead another new house church in another village every Sunday.
Pray for these seven Stieng church plants to grow!
